SymplyEbony: You have an amazing voice! Do you consider yourself a singer or a performer?

LynneSummers: I wouldn't call myself a "performer" me that means that I'm doing a whole bunch of other things to keep your attention. I just sing and when I sing, I sing for ME. If you enjoy the experience & energy, get a soulful feeling, like the sound of my voice, that's all that matters to me. I love expressing my soul and letting the audience get to know me through the songs that I sing.

SymplyEbony: You recently had a house mix of O’ Come All Ye Faithful hit the airwaves in Europe. I’ve heard it. I love it! How has it been received overseas?

LynneSummers: It was very well received!!! I'm looking forward to releasing another holiday single this year.

SymplyEbony:  What pushes you to succeed?

LynneSummers: All you need to do is tell me that I can't do something or that I'm too old to do something. Nothing pushes me more than to prove to you and to myself that I CAN!

SymplyEbony:  What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned about the entertainment business?

LynneSummers:  The biggest lesson I've learned is that What God has for me, is for me. A lot of times people spend time worrying about what everyone is doing and with that kind of negativity, you can't see your way through to getting what God has for you. I've also learned that there is enough room out here for every body. I could expand on this but I'm not trying to take over this blog!! LOL

SymplyEbony: What’s next for Lynne Summers?

LynneSummers:  Oh honey, it's about to go down!!! I'm releasing my own project this year!! There will be some videos and photo shoots, more live performances, etc. I'm EXTRACITED!!!

SymplyEbony: I’m EXTRAcited for you as well!! Thank you so much for SymplyConversating with me today!

LynneSummers: It was my pleasure!
